There are many mistakes that people / especially Women/ make in wanting to lose weight. Scientists have found that they can be reduced to the following:

- People think there are a miracle diets, which are able to give phenomenal results.
- When keeping diet, most people cease calculating the calories they consume.
- Weight Lossing people eat very little and this cause serious damage to their health.
- Expectations of diets are excessive and often bordering on a miracle.
- Those who follow a diet, often completely give up with exercises and sport.

There are many myths relating to diets:

- can lose 30 kilograms for 30 days
- can lose weight just by fasting,
- fats and carbohydrates are bad for health
- salads are the most useful food for the health
- there are tablets that are sufficient to weight lossing.

So we have to think and prepare before we decide to lose weight.
